Yes, that’s what I’m thinking. Since they are putting up more garages, I guess there is still demand. Thanks for your help.

Thank you. Multifamily is an option, but in my mind, parking is easier and doesn’t require as much upkeep. I just wonder whether the demand is still there for parking.

With the rise of ride share services like Uber and Lyft, are small parking lots considered good investments?
