Hi I'm looking to connect to Bronx focused real estate broker/agent. Current target is multi-family up to four units. Price range 500k-1mm. Can do more than 4 units or >1mm if deal is right. Buy and hold investor and not looking to do flip here.

I have a few condos in the city and now looking to investing in multi-family. I live in Westchester so proximity to Bronx helps.
