Thank you guys for your advice... I must admit I was becoming overwhelmed with the amount of "Advice" I was getting from neighborhood investors
I have a property that I'm analyzing on the Dallas area and need a Contractor to give me an idea for repair costs....Does anyone have an idea of how to find one?
