I’m 21yrs old I already know what to do but I’m at the point where I’m stuck I’ve taken my real estate exam 3 times and failed. I’ve tried other things as well but just didn’t work out, I need help with guidance or mentor to help me

I’ve already taken the Illinois real estate exam twice I even bought exam smart but I feel I’m still missing the little things I wanna know if what program you bought that helped you pass the exam.

What’s the best way to find leads and cash buyers as a wholesaler? I’ve tried BiggerPockets I just wanted to know if their are other places to look or if it’s something I have to do. Thank you
