I'm new to the Temple/Killeen area for investment.  Would like to meet to discuss real estate, deals, networks, and exchange ideas.  

Looking for single-family up to 4-plex deals  I like to buy ugly and add sweat.  Long-term holds.

Any deals out there like this?

Looking to invest in Temple area and hoping to meetup and swap ideas, have a meal, hear good advice.  Anything going on the Killeen/Temple/Belton area?

Is there a RE meetup in BCS or Brazos Valley?  I'm back in actively searching for investment opportunities after living near BCS for 2 years now.  Got the farm going, finally.  Animals are multiplying, 1/2 acre of gardens are (were) growing before the sun camped over Texas this Summer.  Maybe our Fall garden will do well this year.  Just started Bees 3 months ago.  

Now, back to looking for investments and local real estate entrepreneurs to hand out and discuss current times.
