Hi Doug, thanks for your comment. I will compensate per job they complete. I need an inspector who can look through the eyes of an investor (overlook cosmetic damages) and give me information on the big ticket items (roof, plumbing, dry rot, foundation, frame, etc).

I’m looking for an investor- friendly inspector to inspect the deals I put under contract. Thank you!

Hello, I’m looking to buy a property at auction but need help with title searches on the properties that I’m interested in bidding on. Does anyone have an attorney/ title company they can recommend that works with investors in this capacity? Any other advice for a first time sheriff sale/ auction buyer? Any courses on this subject matter?
