I have looked at the sheriff sales, but I am hesitant because of hidden liens and not being able to see the insides of the properties. I have got on the list with Cory and Carrie, and I am hoping that something comes up soon!

I am living in the Green Bay, WI area and looking for ways to find deals. I have been searching for a couple of months using the MLS and haven't had any luck finding a property for a flip. Are there any wholesalers in the area that has any properties they are trying to close? I am looking for a single family home or duplex.

Since I'm just getting started, my price point is pretty low - which is my main concern about flipping in the northern VA area - houses are so expensive!
Do you think it's even possible to buy and flip in the Manassas area for under $300k?
