I have been looking for a multi family property that is primarily remodeled to find a deal that works for a buy and hold scenario. Can you please review my numbers on this and let me know your thoughts? I am concerned about the cash on cash % as I have heard that should be around 10%, but the return each month seems good. I would like to hold for at least 10 years. Thanks in advance for reviewing!

I have run the calculations on a multi family property and I need to have someone review the information in the attached report to help me see if this is a good deal. I would be putting up 1/2 of the down payment, and I have an investor putting up the other half. I will finance the rest. Is this a good deal?
