If I was to go to different FHA LOAN lender can i shop around for lower rates or it wouldn't matter?

I just learned August 3, 2016 that alot of the campaigning and advertising we do on our own for REI becomes very expensive well with renatus when you buy any of the educational packages these things are included and i get my coaching and mentorship.
