What an awesome site!  I am so excited that I found BP and all the wonderful information and people provided here.  I have to give a big shout out to David Friedman who made himself available to me.  David took time out of his day to make sure I was comfortable on my new path and he made sure to answer all of the questions I had swimming around in my head.  I am forever grateful to be doing business with people with integrity and vision and look forward to completing my first deal.  David is a 'rock star'.  If David is an example of what an extraordinary community this is than I am in the right place.  Thank BP!

Hi BP Community

I am a new investor in the IE. I have wanted to invest in real estate for a very long time and have finally taken the ‘plunge'. I am interested in everything real estate, but am currently submitting offers now to fix and flip. I am taking a leap of faith because I don't even have a POF, a HML, or a partner, but I have found several deals that are great flips. I would be forever grateful for any help anyone can provide as to what to do next.
