i have a little problem with the property i just purchased. The seller sold me washer and dryer, which was included in the contract, come to find out that the first floor tenants that I inherited had purchased the washer and dryer. They showed me proof of ownership and credit card statements to back up there claim. So the seller sold me something that wasn't her's and it was in the contract!!! Please advise!!!

Looking for a realtor who also invests in real estate. Willing and able to buy a multi family and in need of some guidance to buy my first home.
