First time rehabbing. Need some guidance on what's a fair return on investment to offer potential investors ? For example, if I'm buying a property for $60k , needs $50k in rehab costs, I ask an investor for $25k? Is 10%,20%,30% etc a fair return?

Does anybody have experience with building or buying container homes?
