I took a break from here for a while due to work and moving. So, yes I have a rental property here in Houston TX thats renter occupied until February 2026. Great tenants that pay on time and require very little attention. Want to sell so I can redirect money to other business ventures. I did a complete renovation in 2021 so its pretty much turn key. Hello, my name is Miguel Valdez and I'm looking for a motivated buyer to purchase one of my income generating properties near downtown Houston TX. Close to many attractions. I want to sell the property in order to buy my forever home for my growing family. It's tenant occupied and their lease is up in February 2024. The tenants have a perfect record with on-time payments for the past two years. I can provide documentation via AVAIL.com. The property was completely renovated in 2021 with new paint, flooring, patio, driveway, 6ft fence, cabinets, light fixtures, insulation, outdoor lighting, electrical infrastructure for outdoor cameras, bathroom, and foundation(pier& beam), and plumbing stretching to the city sewer. The property also has space for an Accessory Dwelling Unit with private driveway. First time rehabbing. Need some guidance on what's a fair return on investment to offer potential investors ? For example, if I'm buying a property for $60k , needs $50k in rehab costs, I ask an investor for $25k? Is 10%,20%,30% etc a fair return?
