Hi all! Im looking for recommendations on Real estate investor Lawyers that preferably also have a title company. I am located in Chicagoland area. I am getting a lot of off market creative financing deals, so I would like if they were well versed in that as well. Thanks all.

Post: Stopping foreclosure auction

I have a homeowner who called me whose home is currently on hubzu to be auctioned. the auction ends November 8th. Does he still has rights? is there a way to stop the auction and get it under contract? I have never dealt with this and am looking for any and all advice. This is in Illinois. Thank you!!
