I know I have looked in these areas myself and you are right...there isn't really anything in the multi family arena.

Fuses are just as good as a panel with breakers. The only difference is that when a fuse pops you have to buy a new fuse.
Thanks everyone! Great to hear from all of you! I definitely like the sense of community I m picking up from u. Expect to hear from me as I begin my journey into the unknown. And best of luck to all of u as u progress toward the same goals I m progressing toward😀!

Hello there. I m new to the real estate universe as well. So u r in good company😀! Anyway welcome to BP and hope all works out for u.
Thanks Mark. I will definitely check out 'Learn' and everything else BP has to offer.
Hello everyone on BP. My name is Mike OHara and I am a new member who is interested in real estate investing. I have NOT done any deals yet but I know I will and will do so soon. (Once I get an idea in my head it is all or nothing😀). Anyway, a little about me - I m 40 years old, an electrician inside the local 26, a father to a beautiful 5 yr old girl, a husband, and just a guy who shares the same passion as most of you - real estate. At the moment I m working on getting my credit up to par. What interests me the most about real estate is buy and hold in multi-family homes, although I m open to the other avenues available in real estate investing.
Anyway, I m just introducing myself and I would really like to hear back from some of you out there on the BP network.
