Great question Anthony. A mastermind group is exclusive to 5 or 6 members that must be committed to attending and participating in monthly group meetings. We all set goals and discuss how we can accomplish them. Its both networking and being held accountable to your goals. If you're interested, let me know.

I am looking to start a mastermind group for investors in the Springfield, MO area. If you are serious about growing your investing career in 2015 and would be committed to participating with a small like minded group at least twice a month on a regular schedule let me know.

And thanks for the reply @Dawn Brenengen I listened to the podcast today and I feel like I'm talking to a celebrity.

If I do a background check and she has a criminal past would this be a good enough reason to evict? They have been great renters for five months.

I have a property that is well taken care of and the rent is paid on time every month but the renters girlfriend has clearly moved her and her two children in the house and now she is the one writing the rent checks. Should I be concerned?
