I’ve interacted with them a few times and seen a handful of properties they had available. They’ve been really easy to work with but we haven’t closed a deal to have insight on that side of the transaction. Best of luck!

Is it right that short term rentals are considered as licensing the property for use (similar to a hotel) and not a lease for a long term rental and therefore do not require a brokerage license to provide management services that include price adjustments?

Thanks, Drew. This was actually going to be one of my first questions. I was able to find concrete data that this applied to long term (30+ day) property management but was unclear if the requirement applied to property managers managing only short term rentals.
After owning a couple short term rental in the Denver market I'm looking to expand and start offering property management / co-host services. I'm looking for attorney recommendations that can help navigate any Colorado/Denver area regulations, advise on entity formation, trust account requirements and rental agreement templates. Does anyone have recommendations? Thanks!

I'm interested in investing in a short term rental the Somoma County market. I understand the restrictions in the market (and that Napa county in completely restricted) but and am hoping to find an agent with experience specifically in short term rentals in the Sonoma market. Does anyone have recommendations?

Still working through it. I have a few more intro calls next week. Feel free to reach out directly and I can share my progress.
We did select a firm and are just getting the process underway. Feel free to reach out privately and I'm happy to share my experience along the way.
I'm in the market for someone to assist in overall tax and wealth strategy (not just real estate focussed). I've spoken to three companies so far and am leaning towards Wealthability. Would anyone be willing to share their experience with this firm (privately) with me? Or does anyone have other strong recommendations on other firms to speak with? Thanks!
