Quote from @Travis Biziorek:

Hey Mike, I do a TON in Detroit and talk to folks that are looking to invest there every day.

This company/site has come up in conversation before, but I can't say I know much about them. It's always a bit of a red flag to me when there's no mention of the people behind the company on the website.

If you're looking to invest in Detroit I'm happy to help. I have 12-doors there myself and am extremely active there with other investors.

Let me know how I can help!

Thanks for the response. I’m also speaking with an agent/investor. On one side, I buy the house and everything is managed through the company. The other, I’m in control of what happens. I have to build a team. It can be a little overwhelming the first one. I’m also talking with different lenders.
