  Thank you all for the replies, particularly your detailed response Tim Miller. There was no response from the HA to three queries from us; we were looking into it because some people were asking if we accepted vouchers. We had advertised a required credit score of 750, so it was a moot point, but we thought we should know about the program. In the end we did find renters that met our advertised requirements.

We are considering acception housing vouchers in Anne Arundel County. We are wondering what it is like working with AAC Housing Authority. We've left them one phone message and have not hear back.    What have other landlords experienced?
