Brian, I am thinking the same thing. I was a little worried because it seems that technology is driving out the real estate agent.. But I work to learn, but earning would be nice. I was looking into having my real estate license, and being an inspector or appraiser.. Just can't decide which one.

Thanks for the info.. what makes Keller a bad pick specifically? Their pitch was good when I was asking questions 🤝 but it was all about how much training they’ll give me etc

I am in the Twin Cities area, but am wondering what brokerage you would recommend for a rookie.

1- Who do you recommend as broker and why?

2-Can I do this in addition to a full time job?

3-Is it even worth it doing it part time?
