@Kenny Dahill We have three single family homes that are located on two twenty acre tax lots. We have self managed the properties for the last eight years. One house is a large single family home, and the others are small rustic cabins. We are on the west side of the state, and getting tired of trying to manage the properties from 3 hours away. The only special considerations revolve around dealing with some small rustic cabins, septic systems, and acreage.
