I am a w-2 employee. I would like to start a side business for my wife and I to qualify for sd solo roth 401k. If I start an llc that executes regular marketing, wholesales some properties and completes some rehabs. We will have no other employees. Will this income qualify for sd 401k? Any additional advice on qualifying would be appreciated.

Thanks for everyone who takes time out of their day to help others.

Yes, I think it would be great. Karen R talked about how she had closed over 150 sub 2 deals. But there was very little detail on the technical aspect of the deal. I know I have many questions. For example Do you offer for life of existing loan or promise to be out of deal in x number of years.
