I just bought a house in Terra Lago Added a pool also made the garage into an Entertainment center. I used to have 4 parking spots now I can only have 2 cars no street parking extra cars need to be parked outside the community… but I think more entertainment is better for guests. It’s gonna be a Airbnb Vrbo. Let’s see how it goes. Any suggestions?

i mean the only time i see my properties slow is if the weather is bad. Where im located some months are very hot.. im in Indio Ca and Palm Springs Ca

Why doesnt bigger pockets have the location for Palm Springs Ca Indio Ca or Desert hot springs? its so weird lol 

Not sure how to answer that... i have 1 condo thats a 30 day MIN Airbnb. I personally think that if you house or condo stands out and its priced right.. you will get booked.
