Good day everyone! Does anyone have experience with funding the development abroad in Europe per se, having secured an investment loan from a US bank? Is that thing even possible? It would be under $1 million, and I own the land.

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in New York.
Purchase price: $4,650,000
8 units multi-purpose building (6 rental units and 2 commercial).
Served as the sellers agent.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Great location and tenant occupied for majority of units.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Served as listing agent.
How did you finance this deal?
Served as a broker.
How did you add value to the deal?
Extensive marketing, and flexible availability for showings.
What was the outcome?
International investor.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
Very tough seller with not much of flexibility.
