Thank you again for your help I appreciate it means a lot to me another question I guess when I go to them it won't be that easy so probably want to have a vote on and see if people in the neighborhood disapprove stuff like that  do you think if I bring to the table maybe like a Starbucks or a scooter's coffee a letter from them saying they're interested if it's commercial that would help sway the vote and how would I get a company to be interested in my lot

Like an agreement for them to lease it for me and they put up their coffee house do you know how to go about that who have contact

I need help finding a way to get a business like a coffee house to lease out my vacant paved lot for long term lease

The lot size is 10,000 square feet and I need help from you guys on how to go about this I'm totally new with this how do I attract somebody like a Starbucks or scooters coffee house are some kind of business to be interested in leasing my lot for long term there is a bank next door to the lot it's on a big Rd.a lot of traffic but the only thing is my lot is not zoned commercial so if someone could please give me some advice I would appreciate it and anyone who can help God bless you for your advice
