Hello Everyone, so glad to be here. I am a licensed realtor based in Southern California.  I would like to start investing, interested in doing flips and rentals locally if possible.  If all goes well, would look into investing out of state as well.  Looking for any help, guidance from seasoned SoCal investors.  I have connections to lenders and contractors, just struggling with finding properties below market value...do these properties even exist here?  Nice to meet you all and looking forward gaining tons of insight.
