Hello guys! I am new to Bigger Pockets and investing in rentals. I am Wondering if anyone can help me. I am looking for a local bank in Virginia that does at least 85% LTV on multifamily income producing properties. Also, if anyone knows any banks that are willing to work with young investors to help build up their rental portfolio please point me in the right direction. I have found some banks but no one is willing to do a 10-15 year mortgage on my Quadplex or Duplex rental. I currently have a quad Plex which I bought with FHA as my first home and recently acquired a duplex through owner financing. I am now looking to refinance both so that I can pull the equity out of both properties and put them both into an LLC.
