I know of an excellent investment opportunity that I do not know what to do with. I found a beautiful piece of waterfront property overlooking a lake and it’s dam. Property has an old block building home with great bones but needs much rehab. The property has room for two to four cabins or tiny homes. It would make a great place for several Airbnb properties. It can be had for under $200k. I just don’t have the funds to buy, rehab, and build with no experience in how to get the Airbnb producing enough to pay for itself because I certainly couldn’t float it. Ideas? Anyone want to coach and come alongside in the venture?

@Andrew Angerer

That’s what I’m looking for as well. Haven’t made the first purchase and we’re both teachers, so not much to spare.

@Taylor L.

I know my son does that. He has a full-time gig doing that. He dropped all his undesirable freelance work, but he might pick up something like that. You can give it a shot. I personally don’t know anything about that type of marketing or technology, but my son is apparently pretty good based on the battle to get him when he became free and my personal knowledge that he’s good at whatever he does.

I’m just trying to figure out how I can get into the business with no capital. Good luck.
