Otherwise if you cancel the evection and they refused to sign a personal property waiver , you would have to do what's called a personal property eviction (an eviction for personal property) Which is a waste of time and money especially if there's an eviction in place.

Hi,

I evicted a tenant after foreclosure, today. The tenant has vacated the property before the sheriff arrived but he left behind his furniture including a car in the garage. what am I responsible to do with it. The property is in florida

The property I am looking at is still owned by the HOA and the bank is foreclosing on it now. If I buy directly from the court, will I be responsible for any still owed HOA dues?

I have a similar situation. I'm looking to buy a property from realforclosure.com It's a bank foreclosure that the HOA had previously taken possession and own it now. Will I be responsible for ANY past HOA dues if I decide to buy it?

I recently purchased a property on auction in Jacksonville Fl. (Duval County). Can anyone give me the full process of abstaining a writ possession? I live out of state is there any way to do without having to go to the court house?
