Hi All :-)
I need advise and someone to brainstorm with.
I am an American but have lived in Israel for 30+ year and thus do not have good credit in the USA.
I bought 2 SFR properties in OH 2 years ago, both in cash.
I would like to refinance now before the interest rates go up, but I don't think I able to qualify for a loan...
I have been learning a lot and realized how important leverage is but don't really know how to take advantage of it.
Can someone help?
