@Nicholas_Weckstein thank you for the small MFR breakdown. Is the 25% down necessary or simply ideal? Only because most MFRs have a higher ticket price than SFRs.

Juan Castro I’m glad that worked out really well for you. How did you go about finding out the specific laws in your state relative the new landlord/renter relationship?

Thank you Jordan Moorhead I’m still in the analyzing stages, but most of what I have seen have been month-to-month. But they have also been long-term renters.

Hi BP,

I am in Tucson and was wondering if I purchase a MFR that is fully-occupied with the intent of moving into the property, how would I go about doing so?

I was having a conversation with a friend who is also interested in real-estate investing and she informed me that there is the potential for special financing for Multi-Family Properties. Does anyone know the benefits of financing a Multi-Family vs SFR and where I can find more information regarding this?

Hello. I am looking to purchase my first property in Tucson within the next 6 months. I am looking for either a solo property (condo, townhome, single family) or preferably a decent multi-family property. Does anyone have l advice for a first-timer about the market or anything I may not have even thought of?
