@Alexis Marie you can purchase lease agreements and other real estate forms at Office Depot

@David Hulit. Hi I am a landlord. The property is not in a business name its in my name. What do I put down as my business legal name? My address to the property as the business name or use my name.

Also under organization Type should I put independent? Sole proprietorship? Other?

@Brian Ploszay. Marketability as far as trying to sell it? Because I was going to just rent it out to tenants. Maybe air bnb it some times or Rent out private rooms.

I own half a duplex 1st floor and basement. What steps should I take to convert it to a condo. I would like to solely be control of utilities and things without worrying about what the owner of the other half has going on financially
