Hello everyone, I wanted to alert you to a unit I saw this weekend.  It's a tenant occupied apartment in a very good community.  The tenants want to stay and are paying $1450 a month and want to stay another 5 years.  When they move out, it will need a lot of work, but I thought one of you might be interested!
