hello to all. My name is Ian Riley and I just decided to get started in real estate investing after two years of just "thinking" about it. So after two years of paralysis by analysis I'm jumping feet first into this career. I just completed my real estate salesperson course and will be taking my exam soon, but I'm more excited about being an investor than an agent. So just a newbie investor here looking to contribute to this site and learn as much as I can
