Well I've been floating around here for awhile and figured it is time to introduce myself. I'm Mitch from Batavia NY and will be closing on my first property by the end of January, which will be my owner-occupied duplex. My goal is to have another property by early 2018. I work full time in a government position so my time is somewhat limited which will slow my growth but I'm still looking forward to the challenge. Thanks and have a good day everyone.
