Hi Jason, Yes we ended up getting a duplex in the VLA. Seems to be working for us atm. Self managed. To be honest we’ve only had it for just over a month!! Would be happy to talk more about it if your interested

Hi guys, new member from Prince George Canada. Originally from Australia now living abroad. Have recently jumped in with a purchase of our first duplex in Canada, have one single family home rental in Australia and our principal place in Canada as well.
