I'm in Walker County just south of you.  I've put 2 on the market in the last month.  I had 2 full price offers on one within 3 days of listing.  The other one went into contract same day.  Both higher than market average.   Already closed the first one.  Feel free to get with me as I would be glad to come look and give any suggestions I can.  Let me know if I can help. Mike

This is the system I am looking at using.  The level 2 kit.  I just met with the buyer and they are satisfied with the solution.

@Bob B. we installed french drains, added dirt around the foundation to push water away, added drains for gutters, and extended all downspouts away from the foundation.   Short of digging all the way to the foundation on the outside I think I've tried everything else.  I definitely try to do things the correct way.  I thought the issue was fixed until this monsoon arrived.

I've already used dryloc on the wall.  The water is coming in at the base where there is a crack.  I found a baseboard system online but I don't want to wait on it to get here.

I'm in a pinch and need materials asap.  All I can find locally is waterproofing companies that perform the work.  I've had this house for 4 months and it's never leaked until today.  We had several inches of rain within an hour on top of a week of solid rain.  We are set to close tomorrow at 3 and I want to wrap this up asap.  I've found some that I can order online but surely there is something within a 2 hr radius of Chattanooga.  Any help wold be appreciated.  Thanks, Mike
