It is essentially a program to find, fund and profit from real estate deals. They supposedly have systems to help funnel leads to you and you are the feet on the ground submitting the purchase agreement, etc. All profits are split 50/50 since they do supply the money. I want to make sure they are not just selling the program ($997) and then just leave you hanging. I think he is based in huntersville, NC. Someone must have some info on this right?

Does anyone have any experience with Nate Kennedy's quick turn partnership program (Instantinvestor.com)? It certainly sounds like a great program but it is all in the execution. I don't know if he will actually coach the students or not. I know he limits the amount of people but who knows if he is for real. Any personal info would be great.
