Hi There,

I have been wanting to buy a home for a few years, but have never been able to come up with a down payment.  I am a small business owner- and I swear that is why I can not come up with one, no matter how hard I work.

Now I have an opportunity to buy a commercial space and a business with it.  I can not buy one without the other- and I am facing the same issue, no down payment.  Then I was searching and finding out that I do have down payment assistance options.  Which lead me to you and filling out this profile.
