Greetings Investors...

Just wanted to introduce myself as I'm brand new to the board.

I run a company called Modtown Realty out of Dallas, TX. We deal with investors from all over the country for high equity deals, new and pre-existing multi-family properties, cash flow rentals, rehab and flip properties, large wholesale condo building buy outs, go zone properties with large tax incentives and more.
