Thank you all for the feedback and thoughts. I currently have about 7 SFH between houses, duplex, and condos. Just looking to see if there is more financial benefit in any apt complex over SFH.

I think I should continue growing my SFH portfolio and hire property management as I am getting tied on time to manage them. They by far easier to purchase, sell and maintain.
