And the recommendations you have both provided. Basit, thanks for the link to differences between federal and CA tax law, I will be reading up.

We are a scrappy startup development duo, looking for a good cpa/accountant to help us tighten our ship. We have two LLCs - one for our development company and one for one of our rental properties. Any leads are greatly appreciated!
