Post: Posting pre-renovation photos in rental property listing

Hello! My husband and I are going to be renting out our first rental property hopefully in the next couple of months. The problem is that we have only just started renovations (just the roof so far) and i'm hesitant to post photos of it while it's looking less than optimal. My husband believes we should post pictures of it as it is so we can see if the price we've posted for it gets any interest from prospective tenants. What's the general opinion on this? Thank you!

Hello everybody,

I was wondering if I could get some recommendations for a real estate attorney. My husband and I have an LLC for our real estate investing business but are looking for someone to act as a registered agent. I think we would also need one when it comes to renting out our house when we find a renter. We live in Colorado so recommendations there would be great but if someone is really good but not in Colorado that's fine too! Thank you so much!

Hello!

My name is Molly. My husband and I are new to the community and are looking to rent out our house. We've never rented anything out before and are trying to assemble a team and learn as much as possible! We were wondering if anybody had a recommendation for a CPA that specializes in real estate. We live in Colorado and I think it would be a good idea to find one that is in Colorado and thus familiar with the local landlord laws.

Also, I did find a company that seemed promising and wondered if anyone had experience with them. They're called Haynie & Company.

Thank you very much and we're excited to be a part of the BP community :)
