Hi all! Maybe you can help?

I have found an off market deal of 6 properties/8 doors that I want to purchase. Since I am now located in Texas and the deal in Rochester-Syracuse NY, I need a new lender.

Two questions:

1. Has anyone used a Portfolio Loan vs a conventional loan on a deal like this? If so, whats your take? Should we finance each property separately, or try to group them together in a portfolio loan?

2. Any recommendations for a lender in this area?
