I'm getting ready to iinvest in the home study guide. I'm in Los Angeles area, my mom's in an assisted living community in North county san diego. My long term solution, because her care is a significant investment, is to open up something similar to the community she lives in. They implement the Bredesen Protocol which helps to reduce dementia. We have seen some amazing results. I like what I've seen with RAL Academy so far...I think you can realistically set it up on your own, but, investing in the blue print makes sense to me. Check out the 7 videos...they are pretty informative. Each state has its own regulations you need to adhere to. Cali is always more involved than any other states. @Indiana

@Indiana Eugenia Castillo I'm not sure how Florida is, but, I am very interested to know! That may be where I want to branch out to as well. I have also heard that opening up communities in AZ are generally easier. I know that's where Gene Guarino was located. He sounded awesome! Prayers to his family. He left a great legacy.

Feel free to reach out! I love connecting with others who have similar commitments.

@Robert Rodriguez I agree with some comments. If you’re wholesaling you need to get to the public record data and contact the owner on title. You probably should get a title report and make sure the property is clear of any liens. Good luck! I’m in LA as well. We should connect!

@Kerry Baird wow super helpful mahalo!

@Matt Everling I’ve recently been preapproved with First Bank in Madison county. Really interesting how most lenders don’t offer loans in AL. Banklocal.info there’s hope credit union, max credit union.

@Keith Resnover I would be interested as well. I’ve heard good things, I think it’s rental prop friendly. I have family in Bloomington and viscennes. I’m looking actively in AL now but totally open to IN

happy investing!

Ohhhh gotcha! That makes sense. Rents are crazy. I'm new to investing so I didn't consider Capital Expenses. Thank you!

@Theresa Harris yea or it could be due to slowness in processing the requests. Who knows?

@Adam Martin what area are you in? You’re saying you can’t rent your houses to where the numbers make sense?

@Bill Brandt love it! Very inspiring and creative strategy! Thank you for breaking it down for me and I’m so glad to hear that your wife was able to retire. Kudos to you!
