Hello Guys,

Thanks for helping me with the question I had a few weeks ago. I have found some property and I will have one other investor go in with me to purchase the property and the renovation of it.

I wanted to know before I sign anything or purchase the property. Can you give me some pointers of what I should expect or some terms that I need to know about fliping homes?

Any info would be appreciate.

Thanks MommyInvestor

Hello All,

I wanted to find out if there is a way I can find out what % that I and other investors would get back if we did the following:

Property cost $40,000 and repairs is $10,000 = $50,000

Investor #1 puts in $25,000
Investor #2 puts in $15,000
Investor #3 puts in $10,000
Total $50,000

So what % would each investor received after property sells? Investor #1 is doing all of the work with contractors and Investor #2 and 3 are silent investors.

Thank you, MommyInvestor
