Post: Vacant Property - Can't locate owner - SFL

I am in south Florida looking to purchase a vacant/abandoned property.  I pulled the tax record on the property and was able to find the owner listed.  The problem is, it's a real estate trustee company and I can't find the phone number anywhere.  When I Google the name, the address shown on the property appraiser's report differs from what came up via Google.  Any idea on the next step I should take?  I am a first time homeowner and the whole process is new to me.
