@ Rayne your welcome. I just hate to spend right at $1000 just. Just to find out that I need to spend $5000 more just to get step 2.

Hi my name is Willona Torres I found this forum while looking up review for Fortune Builder Than Merril thank God I must say. I have a deep desire to get into investing. I believe flipping contract will be my first attempt. I am a real estate agent so I am familiar with selling real estate. But it is different when we are talking about investing. I invite all the help I can get in this venture. I do not have much time for this post because I have an online training from Dave Lindahl USREIA. Anyone familiar with him. I know he is going to try and sale something. If you have any advise please let me know. (I almost bought a system ca Iflipp yesterday) $995. I can not find anything negative about this guy as of yet. Well I am off to this training. I will be sticking my head in during the hour long training from time to time so if you know a reason why I should not purchase please let me know. Thank you Willona
