@Tom Ott I've spotted a few opportunities in KC that seems like it could work out given my price range. I felt that Indy was pretty investor heavy so I kind of lost interest there. I went to KC a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the city so I'm looking forward to reconnecting!

I will be flying into KC in a few week for a side work project. During this time I was hoping to check out a few properties  in the KC surburbs that I wanted to invest in. Does anyone have any agent, property management companies, etc... that they might recommend?
