Hey everyone! Thank you for all of the advice!

Some more info: I do have a PM and we have been lowering the price weekly. She's working on getting some contractor bids.

Another update though: The owner of house called me back. He's not interested in investing in the fence but his tenant might. His tenant apparently has some wood and needs someone to help with the labor so I'm getting his info and following that lead. He gave me some other ideas to work around the property survey. Wish me luck!

Appreciate the help y'all!

Hi there! Looking for some ideas/solutions for this issue...

I rehabbed a property and have it listed to rent out. Vacancy rate in the area is almost 2% and while my SFH has had a lot of interest, it hasn't had any applications :(

Biggest feedback we're getting is that the neighbor's yard is an eyesore and unfortunately there's a broken down privacy wall in between my property and his aka no real division.

I'm an out of state investor. It'll take months to get a property survey done and I can't reach the owner of the neighbor's house to see where the property changes/if he's okay splitting the cost. I called his number listed online (skiptracing) but haven't had a response or call back.

What would you do if you were me? Would y'all just put up a privacy wall anyway?
