I am looking for a group of investors who would like to invest in the commercial Indian real estate market. The Indian real estate market is appreciating at about a 30% clip a year (expected to grow at a higher rate) and gives a rental return of 10 - 15% a year.
The total investment would be in the range $250,000 to $1,000,000 and each property would have a maximum of 10 investors who would invest about $10,000 to $60,000 each. Each property would be owned by a Limited Liability Partnership created in the US. The properties are all preleased to global multimational companies and are already yielding the above rental returns.
